Meet 65 yr. old Julie Holt! 2022 'Fittest Woman on Earth" CrossFit World Champion!

Julie Holt made it known to the world in August of 2022 that she was a force to be reckoned with! At age 65, she claimed the title "Fittest Women on Earth" at the 2022 World CrossFit Games. Whaaaat??? A life long competitive athlete, Julie adopted a winning atitude at an early age. Her passion for basketball led to playing 4 years in college and then coaching basketball for 25 years at the University of the Pacific, University of Nevada, UNLV and Head Coach At Gonzaga and Head Coach at University of Idaho. Not only did she coach at these schools but, she trained along side her athletes. She was also tirelessly active with helping implement Title IX, stayed involved with youth sports programming and involved with community service. Then, one day she walked into a CrossFit gym.....and the rest is history! Hear her amazing, motivating and inspirational story...she is truly an Age Is Irrelevant woman!
