Meet 66 yr old Canadian sprinting world record holder Karla Del Grande!

Karla Del Grande started sprinting as a young child. She competed in high school, college and with local clubs. Life got busy but she maintained an active lifestyle. It wasn't until her mid 40's that she got serious about running again. At age 50 she started competing in Masters Track sprinting and the rest is history! 26 Canadian records and 8 World Records later she is still a force to be reckoned on the track at age 66! Hear her life story, her training regiment and how important her community of fellow masters track athletes are to her!
