Helen Leeds was always physically active growing up. At age 30, she discovered soccer. She got sidelined at age 40 because of 4 neck surgeries. Two years ago, at age 66, she got back into the gym, got back into shape and went back to soccer! She became a free agent and got picked up by a San Diego soccer team. Hear how she medaled in the Huntsman World Senior Games and local senior games, her "just try" attitude, her active life today and how she inspires other women to get off the couch!
