Don't let 70 year old Linda Cohn's soft demeanor fool you! She's a household name in the masters track and field community racking up over 900 medals in the last 20 years, consistently winning national and world championship titles and breaking national and world records at the same time! But most importantly though, having a lot of fun on this journey with fellow masters athletes! You can be any age to start your story she says. She definitely knows this first hand as she started her track and field journey at age 50. In this episode we'll hear about her life growing up, qualifying for American Gladiators, what convinced her to start competing in track and field, her national and world championships and how recess is so important to her at this stage of her life!
