On this episode we discuss the diagnosis and management of axial spondyloarthritis.  We begin by defining axial spondyloarthritis (radiographic axial sponyloarthropathy AKA ankylosing spondylitis vs non-radiographic axial sponyloarthropathy) and describe its clinical presentations, etiologies, and pathophysiology.
