Guys WTAF. Today is a walk and talk where I open up about my craziest, and I mean CRAZIEST experience recently. This is part 3 of my Girl Boss Down Burnout Journey that I’m documenting aaaand what started as exhaustion/burnout went a little bit deeper last week. I decided to set an intention to ‘call back my energy’ which sent me off on the journey of a lifetime because I unintentionally astral travelling to another dimension! No, for real, I know it sounds crazy, but I was 100% fully conscious and lucid dreaming and I was NOT having a mental health crisis (I promise!).
