Chris Ballard Press Conference Reaction + College Football Season Preview! Rhett Lewis, Tom Dienhart, Ted Karras Jr. Join!

(00:00-11:50) – Query & Company opens on a Hump Day Wednesday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison discussing some takeaways from the initial 53-man roster for the Indianapolis Colts. They also discuss the big win last night for the Indiana Fever over the Seattle Storm. (11:50-20:29) – With College Football kicking off, officially, this weekend, Jake and Eddie discuss what the win total would be if you combined the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Hoosiers, and Purdue Boilermakers. They examine Purdue and Indiana’s schedule, and touch on just the unpredictability of Purdue’s season right now.   (20:29-30:19) – The first hour of the program wraps up with Tom Dienhart from GoldAndBlack.com joining the program to provide his input if we have any idea on what type of season the Purdue Boilermakers are going to have in year one with Barry Odom. He also examines some of the notable transfers that the coaching staff is high on, explains what kind offense Purdue will have with Ryan Browne at quarterback, and believes the Boilermakers will be very disciplined. (30:19-44:02) – Jake and Eddie turn things over to Chris Ballard for his press conference and then come back with thoughts on what he said, and didn’t say, during the 30 minutes with the media. Jake replays a couple of things that immediately stood out from the colts GM. (44:02-56:21) – Marian Knights Head Coach Ted Karras Jr. joins Query & Company to preview their season opener against the University of Indianapolis, his relationship with Uindy HC Chris Keevers, highlights some changes from last year’s coaching staff, and discusses some of the players that are in store for a big season for the Knights.   (56:21-1:10:56) – The second hour of the program concludes with Jake asking Colts fans to voice their opinion on what Chris Ballard said during his press conference. (1:10:56-1:31:07) – Rhett Lewis from the NFL & Big Ten Network joins Jake Query to discuss the start of the college football season by accessing year two of the Indiana Hoosiers underneath Curt Cignetti. He also identifies Minnesota as a team that could be like this year’s Indiana.
