College and High School Football Preview! Taylor Tannebaum, Mac Engel, Kyle Neddenriep, and Kevin Bowen Join!

(00:00-24:38) – Query & Company opens on a Friday with Jake Query and producer Eddie Garrison previewing a very busy day show today. NHRA Dragster Brittany Force joins Jake in studio to discuss the NHRA US Nationals that are going on right now, explains why this event is so important for all the drivers, and provides an update on how her dad, John Force, is doing.   (24:38-44:15) – The Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s Mac Engel makes an appearance on the program to preview Arch Manning’s first test in college football at Ohio State, believes that Manning has all the tools to be a great quarterback, discusses the fallout between Jerry Jones and Micah Parsons, and calls it a joke of a deal for Jerry to make.   (44:15-49:18) – The first hour of the program wraps up with Jake answering a question as to why he keeps mentioning Lucas Oil Stadium being publicly subsidized when discussing Jim Irsay’s passing. (49:18-1:13:51) – Kevin Bowen from The Fan Morning Show joins Query & Company to discuss the current roster for the Indianapolis Colts going into week one against the Miami Dolphins, explains why he feels differently than Jake as to how Chris Ballard operated in his press conference earlier in the week, agrees that Shane Steichen would be a reason why he would be confident in saying the Colts will make the playoffs, and previews the upcoming weekend in college football. (1:13:51-1:27:07) – The IndyStar’s Kyle Neddenriep makes his weekly visit on the show to recap the first week of high school football from last week, previews some of the top matchups tonight in week two of the season, and comments on how concussion numbers are starting to go down at the high school level because of how coaches have changed fundamentals and practice regime over the last handful of years.   (1:27:07-1:32:54) – The second hour of the program concludes with Jake asking Eddie which NFL fan base feels the least optimistic about their season. It leads to a discussion about college athletics. (1:32:54-1:56:28) – Taylor Tannebaum from ESPN & the ACC Network joins Jake Query from Clemson University to preview their huge game this weekend against LSU, gives the ACC perspective on Notre Dame as the Fighting Irish take on the Miami Hurricanes, and asks for people to help critters in need.    (1:56:28-2:06:54) – Every Friday at 2:30pm, Jake Query shares a Good For The Heart story sponsored by Franciscan Health.
