Russia pounds Ukraine with missiles and drones for the second day in a row. America’s top general says the near-term risk of a broader war in the Middle East has eased somewhat, but Iran still poses a significant danger. Telegram boss Pavel Durov could be held in police custody until Wednesday as French prosecutors question him as part of a probe into child pornography, drug trafficking and fraudulent transactions on the platform.
