when he's leaving he sees three officers a sergeant cop another cop that's been on maybe a couple years and this rookie and the rookie's dad was the staff sergeant of internal affairs or a psp and um they say oh did you i think they asked him did you hear anything any disturbance somewhere he's like no just dropped off my buddy i'm just going home anyway

So he takes it upon himself to run all the people that are staying there. And he sees one guy that's tied to organized crime. And the description that he gets from her doesn't match Omar. And Omar is not... Arabic.
