Totally. And that was on the other side of that experience. Like immediately I had a lot of gratitude for young Andre, whatever coping mechanisms or like strategies or, or identities, you know, um, that, um, were useful in building the life that I have now, which is amazing. And I'm grateful for it. And it's like, yeah, and it just gets to be kind of let go or just like, let it be.
