I call this crime equity, and I think it's at the fundamental heart of the so-called criminal justice reforms that have turned our state into a war zone in many parts. Redistributing crime to areas and people that had been historically insulated from it. So I view this very much as an attack on the middle class. And in fact, the evidence, especially speaking to police officers in Los Angeles is indeed crime has spread.

There is an example a few years ago of a small time rapper who was by LAX Airport parking his car.
