yes right and so for example what we learned is if you're overweight as your weight goes up the actual physical size and function of the brain goes down and that should scare the fat off anyone if you have diabetes much more likely to get alzheimer's disease if you have low blood flow to your brain for Whatever reason, too much caffeine, alcohol, marijuana, nicotine, not good for your brain.
