What happens is they stay little. and people developmentally move on. So it's a lot of fun to have a hyperactive friend when you're three or four. When you're nine, 10, not so much. If we're three or four and you're breaking the rules and you're running, it's like, ha ha, fun, this is so much fun, I'm gonna follow you, I'm gonna play.
