We see this go up 50% because they're doing this drug, whatever.
Which is why whenever people, when they do meta-analyses in nutrition and they're like, look, the quality of evidence was graded as low to moderate.
I'm like, yeah, that's going to be every nutrition randomized control trial.
Because one, you can't blind it effectively, right?
You can't blind it to the person because they're going to know that they're
Eating less like say animal protein products, right?
But that doesn't mean that these are bad, right?
It's just we have to understand the limitations of them.
And I think where I get really – like people know me for screaming, randomize control trials.
Really, when I get like that is when somebody makes a claim and the randomized control trials actually show the opposite.
That's when I'm like, come on, guys.
You know what I mean?
Like, you can't make that claim based on this because, okay, even if we don't necessarily believe these randomized control trials are perfect, they're going the opposite direction.
So at minimum, it doesn't have an effect and it probably has the opposite effect of what you're saying.
