And when you heal the alarm, you actually heal the underlying cause of the anxiety so that the worries aren't there so much anymore. Or in my case, they still come, but I just don't give them any credibility anymore. And I think that's one of the things about healing anxiety that most people programs, most university programs, they're almost all cognitive.

Well, it depends. I mean, some people do very well on medication. Some people don't. A lot of people get side effects. So I've prescribed antidepressants thousands of times. And, you know, I wasn't so concerned about them when they didn't work. It's when they did work. Because a lot of people will just stay on the medication. I have nothing against medication.

And I don't know if there's much totally wrong with that, but The medical profession doesn't have the time and they don't have the training or the inclination to really go into the deeper parts of it.
