They just stop running. They don't do any more jogging. We recommend that they just simply do sprinting. It's a completely different form of exercise. I mean, it's hard to do. And I loved the endorphins it produced. And I would run 70 to 90 minutes every single day. I could not stop doing this. And many people are like that. So for me, I stopped doing distance running. I started springing. I get my clients, patients that work with me to do the same thing and dramatic improvement in the reduction of visceral fat when they start doing so.
