But some of these activities, I think for a lot of people, they seem so foreign, right? Like, I think dark retreats seem foreign, silent retreats seem foreign. And that simple act of doing it even subconsciously is going to bleed into when you're trying to consciously operate. Yeah. I mean, that's fascinating from a romantic perspective too, I guess. And from a relationship perspective of how often are couples spending time together in nature or how often are couples spending time in the same frequency and vibration together?
