What time do you wake up? When do you eat breakfast? What are you doing? Like, do you work out? Are you rushing to work? Like, what is your day like? Like, help me understand that. what your life is like and what that involves. Because then I'm trying to tease out not the stresses that they're gonna present to me, because if I rely on them, they might say, well, I'm not that stressed.
Like, oh, I sleep okay. Like, okay, what time is your bedtime? How many hours of sleep do you get? What time do you wake up? Because if you're not getting at least six hours, but more ideally seven hours of sleep, you're increasing inflammatory signals in your body.

No, some days I'll be busy in meetings, so I don't eat till three. Some days I'm not like finally eating my lunch at 4 p.m. I'm like, well, do you know that by doing that, you're actually throwing off your gut bacteria because the time that you eat is setting the circadian rhythm of your gut bacteria and you're confusing the hell out of them.
