But I had some liquidity, started investing in real estate, realized if I didn't hire a guy smarter than me, I was going to lose all my money in real estate.

I said, I have front row tickets to the Miss America pageant. You wanna come? And his exact words were, Hutch, unlike you, I have a reputation to uphold. He said, I can't be front row in Miss America.
