There was a lot of them where the bad guys got away. There was some of them where I had operators that got killed. I had one operator that got stabbed 27 times in the Dominican Republic. He ended up making it. I had another operator in Haiti who didn't make it. In fact, I actually met my wife at his funeral.

So we flew into Puerto Vallarte and I had spent almost, Almost four months in undercover. I would go in for a weekend, connect with some traffickers, fly out, go back in, connect with some traffickers. And it was a cesspool of trafficking going on. We had identified 48 children.

So we have to stay in undercover long enough to find out everybody who's involved, get them to bring everybody to the same place at the same time. One of the traffickers, we called him Scarface.

He had this huge scar that was going all the way down his neck. And I had connected with him through a taxi driver who had worked with the cartel down there who had introduced me to this guy and got us in that ring. And this guy was selling a lot of, you know, he was a bad dude. And it was about four days before the sting. I didn't trust any of the local police at all.
