And I got out.
with an ego, with more connections, with the same attitude that I went in with.
I hadn't matured.
I hadn't grown up.
I just met some more people.
Well, that's relevance to missing leg day.
The very first time I got shut behind a cell in prison.
that, it was, it was the, it was, ah, you know, and I came back to the rum, because it was the next day, and I, oh, that would have been the Friday, actually, I got locked up in prison, so I would have got rested on Thursday, Wednesday or Thursday, but, yeah, again, and then I was like, oh, well, might as well start training, so, yeah, just started doing press-ups, and, um, sparring in the cell, and, um,
Learning, learning inside life.
There's a lot to learn.
You gotta learn everything without asking questions.
you've got to just stick to your own business, you know.
You don't want to walk in and you see something going on there and you walk over like, oh, what's going on over here?
And, you know, it can get you into trouble.
So you just kind of, you worry about yourself, you mind your own business and, you know, you should be okay, really.

Yeah, so, you know, usually, I knew when I first went in, I met a guy I played league with years ago and he kind of gave me a rundown on,
you know oh yeah you're all good you know hang out over here and oh we're going for a game of crash and and all that so what's crash um it's like leg and and four concrete walls or it's like leg without passes you can pass it's um
Yeah, you just kind of run.
I learned very quickly to stay in the middle because if you're down the sides, you can get, like, pushed into the wall.
