It's to me, it's a relatively cheap investment to find out from the military. What ticks and germs were released in what locations? Because for each tick-borne disease, there's a preferred antibiotic treatment or anti-parasite treatment. So it would really help us to know what was released where. Save research dollars. That way we could focus, you know, on geographic areas.

Right now, our surveillance, which was through the CDC, which has been for tick-borne diseases, has been non-existent since COVID, is taking bedsheets, putting them on a stick and dragging them through fields. For a country the size of the United States, that's not a very wise use of public health dollars. So we need to be more intelligent now.
