And when I started to look at those responses, it became so apparent to me that most of the world was caught, trapped in this awful paradigm that I called time stress, where you feel like no matter how hard you go, it's not hard enough, that you can't take a break, that you're lazy if you even want to sit down and rest for like five minutes, that no matter what you do, it's not enough.
