Overacker didn't say police tracked down James and figured out that he was, in fact, at that party. No, his story changed. And yet it's somehow we're ruling out the, in my opinion, the most likely suspects. if she was with James at the time that she allegedly hooked up with this other guy, then he has motive. Kelly, it's her boyfriend. She has motive. These two people have both been cheated.

And this is where Overacker's logic just broke down to me to an extent, because he's like, yeah, I don't think she did it because, and I kind of like, in the video, I tried to say this, and again, I'm not trying to say Overacker's stupid or he's wrong or anything. I would love to hear his explanation face-to-face. She expresses no remorse.

She is interviewed over and over again and never once is like, yeah, that was probably a mistake. I wish I could go back and undo it. No. Over something as stupid as a teenage relationship that obviously, based on the way this group of people was dating each other constantly, really didn't mean much to anybody. She's still mad six, seven, eight years later. That's not a stable person.

Yeah, that's the thing is like teenagers considering at the end of the world when a relationship goes south or something bad happens, that tracks, that makes sense. But keeping that anger that long?
