Considering I have been responsible for power and whatever at the place. It took six months to get things transferred over from the previous rental person to us because it's an old property. It was confusing. But, you know, it's Pico. So what would have normally taken a month for most people, it took six months for them. Got everything set up.

They had to make two separate accounts, one for gas and one for electric. Set everything up back in November. We started here in May. And it took until November for that to be squared away. But anyway, got everything set up in November. Everything was running smooth.

And then all of a sudden, I think in like late December, early January, I got a notice that said something was wrong with auto pay on the gas account. And I go to log into the gas account. And I can't access it. There's no gas account. But the funniest part, though, is that every month we've gotten a bill for that account. Separate account number. Separate email. Separate full login scenario.

Got on the phone with PECO. Told them the scenario. They said they'd handle it. A month later, another bill says it wasn't paid. Called PECO again. Said, hey, we'll kick this up higher.

But the problem is that when you run a service that demands being paid for, but you don't allow the person that is using your service to pay for it and don't even let them have access to it, and then you shut off their utilities when it's not paid... That's like, I don't know, to me, that sounds vaguely criminal.

Oh, not not only that, but also they did not send us a 10 day notice. Nobody contacted us directly that it was going to be shut off. Yep. And it's for a business. All of which is against Pennsylvania law. Yep. So it's not like I appreciate you guys making the joke and saying a skill issue.

No, Pico has unlawfully shut off our power and not allowed us to even pay the bill by giving us access to do so, whether online or on the phone.
