Yes. Actually, three times. Twice today and three times in the last 72 hours. And they have still not even let us be able to access the account. They have not allowed us to be able to pay the bill.

And now it is officially impacting our business based on the research that I did while we were recording the episode earlier this evening. They did not do the legal requirements that they would need to in order to terminate our service. They did not make us aware 10 days prior.

Nobody made an attempt to contact us. when they shut off the service. It is still within the bounds of winter. They legally cannot shut off the service before March 31st, yet they have anyway. So multiple instances here of criminal behavior, not to mention the fact that they have prevented us from paying the bill and even accessing the account to check the statements.

by all means attempted multiple times for multiple months. So anybody, a lawyer in Southeastern Pennsylvania, we'd be happy to talk to you. If you in anywhere affiliated with PICO would be happy to talk to you because I would love to just get this situation resolved. But if PICO does not make this right and it continues to affect our business, I'm going to make it their biggest problem.
