Well, that's the weird with some of them. Yeah. I think that's probably the case with, um, with some stories, but I, with the four specifically that I was talking about, it doesn't feel like it is.

I think PJ Feta was being very deliberate in his description, uh, because I think he was probably trying to either glorify their voyage or justify the deaths it took, uh, you know, make things seem more, uh, intense that the crown would send more expeditions, uh,

Whatever I with the Sita Kai, it's seems to have been basically late 19th, early 20th century mix ups in the archaeological and storytelling processes. Giant Kandahar is just BS entirely. And then the story of Goliath. I feel like if it was getting whispered down the lane, he'd have ended up being more than 10 feet tall.

Yeah, we don't know when the Bible went from being oral to written. There are reasons to believe it was as early as 1200 BC. There are people who would say it was the 6th century. So, I mean... What we are finding is that a lot of the things in the book are accurate to history in terms of descriptions of battles and famines and things like that.

We're finding that all of these things were recorded elsewhere. So... That's the thing is, if it was entirely oral for 600 years, that's impressive.

I cannot recommend enough Logos Bible software for anybody interested in Bible study, whether it's academic, whether you're religious, no matter what it is, Logos is awesome.
