connect in a way it's hard to really get adjustments it's also you're seeing someone in a literal screen which is different than the screen they'll be on ultimately so it's bizarre so i wanted to ask you like as a creator and as someone who auditions people all the time like do you miss the in-person auditions because you're a director as well i mean you're so multi-talented so i would imagine that like part of getting in there and like getting clay on the mound and really working is part of what you love and it's so different now
