You have phishing, which is masquerading as somebody else.
You have ransomware, and that's the dirty one where your data's fine.
You just can't.
Get to it unless you pay someone money.
So you have ransomware and you have malware.
You're going to a website.
You're going to a page.
You're downloading an app that infects your computer.
