As far, though, as and last week we talked about lawyers have qualified immunity or immunity to bring lawsuits. The judge says you have to prove actual malice that Busby acted with actual malice in the filing of this lawsuit. And he says, look. That's one of the reasons why people are always like, your federal juries are more likely to convict because those are more civic-minded individuals who've went out of the way to make sure they can vote. Now, the defense and the state both have what are called preemptory challenges, which means we can get rid of you for any reason whatsoever. So if we're reading that thing and we've gone to your social media and we see free Diddy or Diddy's a jerk, you're like, I'm striking that person for cause. I'm striking that person for cause.
