Yeah, it it forges that subconscious to where and if you are genuinely have that foundation, if you genuinely have become it and now you can be it, you won't be shaken by someone trying to take you down because you've had you've been through that so many times and you know it's going to happen so many times again.

And it's nothing to be afraid of because you have the logic on your side.

yes you're trying to recount like the facts of your but the mental model becomes so deeply ingrained with you if you've actually thought it through over the courses of years and interactions it becomes forged it's just there and it's the logic it's there you don't have to remember it like a story absolutely um well cool can't wait to read your book man i'll definitely check it out will it be on audible too
