Yes and no. I think it's important to have good people around you. And obviously you want people to be supportive of you and everything. And you don't want yes men around you. You want people to shoot you straight. And I am definitely one of those straight shooters on my team. And it's like, I've had my guys on stage be like, that was a great show. And I go up to them like, yeah, it was good.

And that's the weird thing about what I do too, is that love my dudes on stage and they're amazing musicians, but I'm the only one on stage that comes from a sports background.

So it's hard for them to kind of grasp the concept of getting absolutely reamed out by your coach because you dropped a pass or because they're trying to make you better. You know, they're in their head of like, that was so cool. Like we played an awesome show and I'm like, no, we did play an awesome show, but this needs to be worked on and this wasn't cool and this is this.

And so it can be sometimes hard to find that communication barrier with them and whatnot. And some of these guys have been with me for three years and sometimes they still have a hard time processing who I am as a person and my character. But yeah, it can be hard sometimes because I do, man, I do beat myself up and it's because I do care so much about what I do.

And there's people out there that go out and do the thing and don't think twice about it. And that's their game and that's what they do. I'm up there night after night giving it my all and I'm not going out and drinking. I'm not going out and partying. I'm getting on the bus. I'm showering up, having a snack, watching a movie, going over content, figuring out what we're doing for the night.

Yeah. I think the first one that comes to my mind is my dad, who you just met. My best friend, both my parents gave up their careers to come work for me full-time over a year ago. And now they live in Nashville and my parents are the most qualified people for the positions I put them in. I come from a family of entrepreneurs and business backgrounds and everything.
