There were a number of moments last week where we saw government institutions rejecting President Trump's attempt to bend them to his will and assert power over them.
And that is not something we saw often in year one of Trump's return to the White House.

And really what we saw last week after various institutions basically rejected his attempt to.
assert power over them, he turned to a familiar target, one that he could still assert some power over.
For them.
