Houman later found that he needed to strike out on his own setting up his brokerage firm 360 in 2013.  Now in 2024 Houman partners in Urban Greens, a salad bar franchise, with 4 locations across London. Recently, Houman launched Padium, a pay and play club for padel in Canary Wharf.
