After years of delays, the tax office has finally begun its rollout of new online services for tax and BAS agents. Assistant commissioner at the ATO, Andrew Watson, gives exclusive insight to Accountants Daily Insider about the current, planned and proposed features for the online services platform. Mr Watson also talks big picture - the ATO is charging towards a digital-only environment, which has a significantly knock-on impact to both tax and BAS agents and their end clients.
