Biden announces the U.S. is sending 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine

President Joe Biden announced that the U.S. is sending 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine to help prepare and fight the anticipated Russian offensive in the spring. Germany also pledged it will deliver 14 Leopard 2 tanks to Ukrainian fighters. Ukraine President Zelensky said the announcements from the Western allies proves “freedom is only getting stronger.” Retired Gen. Wesley Clark tells Anderson Cooper whether he thinks the U.S. is sending enough tanks and if they'll get to the Ukrainian fighters before potential Russian attacks in the spring.  Plus, Meta says former President Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts will be restored in the coming weeks, two years after suspending him in the wake of the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
