Biden: Would Consider Personally Sanctioning Putin If Russia Invades Ukraine

President Biden told CNN he would consider personally sanctioning Russian President Putin if Russia invaded Ukraine, warning there would be “enormous consequences.” Steve Hall is the former CIA chief of Russia operations.
