The Washington Post reports that the Manhattan district attorney has convened a grand jury in the Trump criminal probe that’s expected to decide whether to indict former President Trump and other Trump organization officials. Daniel Goldman is a former federal prosecutor and a former assistant U.S. attorney. He tells Anderson Cooper that typically in fraud cases prosecutors believe they have a case against the defendant and “the grand jury will usually vote to indict.” Plus, memorial events and marches marked one year since George Floyd was murdered. His family and friends visited President Biden at the White House and lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
