Comprehensive Medication Management and the role of GTMRx Institute

Get the Medications Right Institute (GTMRx) believes that through team based comprehensive medication management (CMM), we can save lives, save money, and restore health through personalized, patient-centered, coordinated approach to medication. ASHP works closely with GTMRX to develop best practices, payment models, and policy to support CMM and to impact patient care. Every good healthcare team needs a good pharmacist to guard against medication misuse and open the path to achieving positive health outcomes from the use of medications. This podcast will explore ASHP’s role in GTMRx which works to optimize medication outcomes for patients through CMM.
