How to use Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen-Positron Emission Tomography/CT in the Management of Relapsing Prostate Cancer Patients following Local Therapy with Curative Intent CME Available: https://auau.auanet.org/node/41124 At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Identify the clinical scenario in which PSMA PET/CT is most helpful to identify the localization and extent of locoregional or systemic metastatic disease. 2. Identify the pitfalls of false-positive and false-negative PSMA PET/CT findings. 3. Apply the findings of PSMA PET/CT for the best individual therapeutic approach. 4. Identify patients with radiorecurrent organ-confined prostate cancer. 5. Identify those patients who are candidates for local therapy of oligometastatic disease in relapsing prostate cancer.
