How do men respond to Awakened Feminine Leadership? - A conversation with Erik, Andreas and Fanny

This episode is about how men respond to women who are standing in their Awakened Feminine Leadership, and why it creates so powerful, contactful and generative meetings. How does it impact these men, what happens in their bodies and minds when they meet a woman who is in contact with her sexual energy and her glitter, and what do they see is the potential moving forward, even in the business world? Since I started teaching Awakening Feminine Leadership six years ago, a group of conscious men have been invited to support the women who have taken the courses. They have been of various ages, but what's been the common thread has been their appreciation for the feminine. These men's support has taken the form of both inquiries, often over zoom, and physical meetings, when the women are expressing themselves and dancing when the men are holding space,* Often at the end, both women and men have started crying, because it's so rare for women to have a space where they can bring their sexual wild energy without fear of repercussions and it's so rare for men to be asked to be hold this space, to witness women unleashing themselves, and to be so showered with gratitude from the women afterwards. We rarely talk about sexual energy, especially not in a business or organizational context, even though it of course always lies dormant within all of us, until it flares up, often inappropriately, at times. But if we could work with the sexual energy consciously, and view it as the incredible energy-source it is, with awareness, and instead of suppressing it, allow it to flourish, without acting upon it, remarkable creativity and joy is unleashed. We go from being at work feeling drained because we are too much in our heads, to be able to engage with our bodies, where playful flirting becomes a way to live. We do inquiry live and online. In the physical gatherings, everyone is clothed. Women can only touch the upper bodies of men, if the men allow it, men are not touching back.
