This is my third guest with someone from The Strength Guys but Jonathan does not fail to meet my expection in regards to the amount of knowledge and experience he has about coaching. Peaking for a Powerlifting could be very challenging mentally and physically. In this episode he speaks about how he coaches his athletes during the peaking phase for a competition, including manipulating fatigue levels, building confidence, adjusting programming based on lifting experience and size of lifter, mental state during competition day etc...
