Michelle is a 36-year veteran of the nursing profession, having split her years equally between pediatric and neonatal intensive care. She’s held various roles including bedside nurse, charge nurse, and developmental/lactation nurse. She is certified in neonatal intensive care.After retiring in 2022, Michelle had difficulty letting go of her nurse identity.
