Diamond shares her childhood experience of growing up with a disability (#Shoutout to her 2nd grade teacher… and the follow up story!), the differences she encountered between her elementary school and magnet high school, and how having a debate background helped her find her voice. “It's time for us to build a system for us.” Are schools designed for Black students? When will we begin to repair our community and have healing conversations? Can we talk about mental health? Diamond has White House aspirations to fulfill her personal mission of representation for all students across all systems. Listen in as she explains why she’s an advocate above all.
