Absence of Proof evolves around a non-alcoholic bar pop-up & online bottle shop with huge success. It started from her own anxiety and depression that you experienced by drinking too much alchohol. Now you’ve grown out of NYC and expanded into to cities like LA, Chicago and Seattle and you have 59k followers on Instagram. How did you do this? What has been the challenges by pulling off something like this?Alcohol is connected to a lot of pressure, stigma and is such a big part of our daily lives, that removing it completly from your life and at parties could be risky. Or not risky at all? I can’t imagine that there has been no challenges with this.
