Il libro si intitola "POP Palestine - Viaggio nella cucina popolare palestinese", lo hanno scritto Silvia Chiarantini (Ginger Cardamomo) e Fidaa Abuhamdiya, ed è stato da poco ripubblicato da Meltemi Editore. Saranno ospiti sia Silvia che Fidaa, quest'ultima in collegamento da Ramallah.
