I often get asked about what I eat and whether I'm still plant-based, so I decided to dedicate this episode entirely to discussing my diet and nutrition journey.My goal is always to be the healthiest version of myself, so in this episode, I talk about my experience with being plant-based and my decision to reintroduce some animal products into my diet, including the process of navigating vegan guilt.
