In this episode I wanted to talk about the plant-based world from a different perspective, which is the perspective of Chris Slocombe who works at Longman Cheese and has been in the industry for 25 years. In this episode we hear from an expert about how cheese came about and how you make cheese, whilst also discussing some common debates such as the amount of emissions produced from feeding cattle and whether the plant-based diet is sustainable.
