Professor Arunava Sinha translates classic, modern and contemporary Bengali fiction, nonfiction and poetry into English. He has so far translated 60 texts into English. Along with this he has also worked as a journalist and is currently a books editor at Scroll. He is currently an associate professor of practice in the Creative Writing department at Ashoka University.
